Has Labor taken up with One Nation in Victoria now? Well yes and no. Labor don’t want anything to do with One Nation on policy but what they do want is to highlight how bad they could be via the fact that the Libs might need them to form government. It’s actually pretty clever of Carroll to be wanting One Nation leader warren Pickering at the leaders debate because Carroll would pick Pickering off fairly easily and then be able to turn to Jess Wilson and say how’s your boy looking now. It’s no wonder Wilson doesn’t want Pickering at the debate, but it’s still a clever tactic from Labor.
