I’m Ben Carroll

I’m the Premier
I’m Mr Integrity
I’m calling Wharfie Time
I’m the Airport Rail Link Premier
…and I’ve held or pulled a beer in a pub
Struth! How busy has Benny Boy been?! And now he’s the Airport Rail Link Premier?! We’re impressed, but while Benny might be the rail link whatever neither he nor that bumbling idiot we have as PM could give an actual end date for the project. For more than 40 years politicians have stood on crappy old rail lines looking at the sky saying, the plane, the plane! They have all said that one day the airport will have a train station and none of them have delivered, but the airport rail premier says yes different! Victoria will have a train to the airport…one day, but we’ll come back to you on the date. I mean really, why does the media go along with this utter crap? Why not say…hey great to see you in Melbourne Albo, couple of things, why didn’t you ask Trump about his pissing contest in the Middle East that’s sticking up petrol prices here and secondly, are you for real with this whole rail thing? Because no one believes you or Mr What’s his name!
It’s all just such utter bullshit.
Speaking of utter bullshit, the Greens have a new leader and it’s not Mehreen Faruqui and guess what? While David Shoebridge won the leadership in a fair and proper ballot Mehreen has said the process is broken and that she’s experienced sexism and racism within the greens. Now the Greens are the party that says there are indeed 25 different genders and that everyone is welcome so we’d really like to hear specifics about her claim, but it appears the Greens have dodged a bullet from the nice lady from Pakistan.
Gees Albo wasn’t joking when he said he wanted all the Ai fakes of politicians taken down, mainly of him. The federal looks set to go after memes in an attempt their labelling as cleaning up misinformation, but I thought Albo did wear a bikini? Good god they’re muppets, seriously. Anyone that’s had even the most remote of opinion on social media knows that unless you’re going to unmask every single bot, nerd sitting in their mums basement or just hateful dickhead you’re never going to stop online criticism, but here’s Albo acting like a child…again.
Hey how much smarter are crooks than politicians? The state government has cracked down on illegal tobacco shops closing a number of them, but what do the illegal operators do? Sell their wares outside the hours the inspectors work! Hahahaha! Seriously cut the excise and get real!
It looks like the RBA aren’t the only ones telling the federal government to ease up on spending. NSW premier Chris Minns is now suggesting that government spending could well have a hand in the continuing rise in interest rates. Minns is a very well respected Labor Party MP and it will raise a few eyebrows a key player in the Labor machine has been openly critical of Albo.
In the wake of yet another interest rate hike the kind and caring folk at the big four banks have of course passed on the rate hike to their ‘customers’. Yeah ok we know that the big four are all public companies there to make money for shareholders and there’s no empathy in banking but really? That fast? Blood sucking parasites.
And finally as Donald Trump meets with many of the Ai tech nerd founders he’s decided he doesn’t want the new technology to be called Ai anymore. Nope, instead he wants to call it Si! Super intelligence! Could the man be anymore of a threat to humanity? We talk about Ai killing people and yet here we have Trump unable to end conflicts and more than capable to tanking global economics. Si? Serious ignorance might be a better name.
