Good morning and welcome to the Hoodies Daily for Monday!

Did anyone see Albo’s touch down in the US? And then who his first meeting was with? So there was no welcome mat for Albo when he got to the US. Not long after he was photographed cutting a lonesome figure walking hand in pocket off the RAAF plane he was photographed with now former Apple Tim Cook. It was an odd meeting given Cook is no longer in the top job and also because, let’s face it Apple makes the products Albo isn’t a fan of. Apple’s B Team seemed happy to show how they’re trying their best to prevent kids from finding harmful content online and that they too are invested in kid safety when it comes to their products. Albo smiled like he was supposed to but didn’t get much more out of Apple. The biggest joke though is now that Albo wants a seat on the UN Security Council! With no one showing up to meet him at the airport it’s hard to imagine the UN will have any interest.

Ok so throwing bottles on the ground at the footy isn’t a great look but jesus the self righteous garbage being thrown out by the over offended make you wanna spew up! Who remembers when Warnie went down to Bay 13 to ask the crowd to calm down? A time when people weren’t quite so offended by pretty much everything! Don’t throw bottles kids, it bad make people sad because fake outrage will get you everywhere!

Speaking of getting offended Ed Sheeran has taken to stage on his world tour as a solo artist and ended up crying on stage over the whole Macklemore saga. Ed said he didn’t want the whole thing to become political and he’s sorry that people are dying blah blah…the lesson is next time Ed don’t hire anyone that’s going to base their act on the Palestinian cause if you really don’t want to become political! Will Ed now get cancelled by the lefty wokes and their cause? Maybe, maybe not but imagine going to a music concert or arts show and not being fed political spin, now that might actually be entertaining!

Ben Carroll is out and about again claiming to be different to Dan and Jacinta but is now saying he’ll lock rapists up for life if he’s elected! So you can pretty much write that one off because Ben has about as much chance of winning in November as my dog Goose, but god loves a trier! I wonder if Benny Boy will stay on as opposition leader after Labor gets hammered at the election?

And finally Lachie Neal! Suspended for the big dance. Neal was busted whacking a hawks player off the ball and given the AFL is more woke than the ABC the incident has seen Neal get a week. The Lions will now do everything to make sure Neal plays and no doubt head to court if necessary because even if he gets the week as a suspended sentence next year it’s Collingwood’s problem. Will he play? I think he will but after the year he’s had and the way in which he’s leaving the club is it sort of vicious justice? Who knows but LET LACHIE PLAY!
