Hoodies Daily – 15th September 2026

Well here we are, a 71 year old highly experienced motorcyclist has died after hitting a pot hole on the Western Highway now what? From the moment he took over as Premier Ben Carroll has been at pains to remind us he’s not Andrews or Allan. Ever since he took over he’s made it clear he’s all about integrity and now he like he’s predecessors he has blood on his hands. Andrews has never shown any kind of contrition for his decisions, Allan maybe a little bit that was mainly when Poor Yorick got done drink driving so what’s Benny going to do? Say the roads are getting fixed? Take a selfie at the victims funeral to show he cares? It’s all too late and Benny should hang his head in shame.

A year ago Pauline Hanson took to the podcast airwaves to say she didn’t think indigenous Australians had achieved very much. They are a primitive race she said. While many Australians don’t think a welcome to country is relevant, while we know that so many of our indigenous people are lost to suggest that they are a primitive race without much to show for themselves this one is a step too far. Hanson has declared war on the media and on the political classes but to go after indigenous people is not only highly racist it’s a bit mistake for the One Nation leader.

While we continue to talk about the comments of Pauline Hanson, while Albo shows of his Oedipus complex in public, while we talk about Ai killing off humanity and while we fight to demand women only spaces what happened to the cost of living crisis? Petrol prices back up, rents up, housing prices tanking, wages stagnant, small businesses thrown to the wall, a recession on the door step. We have been hustled, we have had our attention turned away from how much milk and rent costs to what everyone thinks about Labor, One Nation and the Libs! Bring the focus back people and look at what’s happening around us!

You may not have heard the name Steve Kolb, but you will soon. Kolb was head of the council of fashion in the US, but after he tackled two animal fur protestors at New York fashion week Steve has been stood down from his job. The first protestor, a female stood on the runway trying to interrupt proceedings but not on Steve’s watch! Kolb leapt up grabbed the sign and then tried to cover the woman’s mouth with his hand. Kolb then forced the woman onto the ground trying to pin her under his chair. As the first woman was carted off another man jumped up to protest only for Kolb to try the same trick on him. Both protestors were escorted out of the building by security but Steve is now in a world of pain having assaulted two people and basically been sacked over it. Was Steve pissed off about the invasion to the parade? Yes he was, but it didn’t give him any kind of right to try and handle things the way he did.

And finally what is up with Billy Brownless? He was heard on his radio show yesterday having a crack at former Saint Nick Riewoldt about his NFL commentary and input. I don’t think seven made it much of a secret Nick was the main draw card because he’s a massive fan of the sport! And so what?! What more do people want? He was breath of fresh air and here’s hoping he’s part of an international commentary team when the biggest sporting organisation on the planet returns to Is next year?!
