In late 2021 I took to writing on LinkedIn not about a virus but about blind government and bureaucratic incompetence. The Covid crisis made me painfully aware of how useless the majority of politicians were and how biased a good portion of the media were.

I started a monthly magazine that was initially not very good but by the time we got to issue 27 we had a publication that was read across the world and got Hoodies noticed by a lot of people.

After much thought I decided the best way to really start pushing our three core principles of;

• Common sense
• Authenticity 
• Accountability 

Across our key topics of politics, global affairs, culture and soul I would start a six day a week newspaper called; the Hoodies Daily. 

The Daily has a firm subscription base, it’s published on our website, it goes on all our socials and the audience is ours. No we don’t yet have millions of followers as yet and no we don’t get to press conferences but that’s what we want your help with.

Hoodies Media is the voice of common sense in a world weary of biased spin. We want to rebuild our website with our new website developer Crikey Web, we want to build our social media following across; Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X and LinkedIn, we want to be hosting podcasts weekly and we want to be attending press conferences as a stand alone and properly registered media organisation.

BUT!

To do all of this we need your help! We want to raise $10,000 that will go towards making Hoodies Media the real voice of common sense.

So it doesn’t matter if it’s $5, $50, $500 we would be extremely grateful for any kind of support because we don’t charge anything to engage with our content and right now we have no plans to change that. We want as many people as possible to engage with us and we want people to have a voice of common sense, of authenticity and of genuine accountability in the modern world.
